Family Practice - With OB Physician

Job Details :

Patient Age Range : 16 and older only (No pediatrics)

Patient Volume : 8 10 patients / day

Case Mix : Highly complex patients with comorbidities, addiction, behavioral health

Schedule : Monday Friday, 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM

Call : 1 week / month (phone only, low volume : 6 8 calls / week)

No inpatient or SNF rounding

Same-day clinic rotation included

Team Support : Trained support staff focused on outcomes

Requirements :

Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

Ohio license

DEA license required

Minimum 2 years of full-time experience post-residency (no residency or telehealth counted)

Must be comfortable prescribing opioids

Experience preferred :

Addiction medicine & behavioral health

FQHC / Community Health Center

Underserved Medicaid populations
