We’re a fast-paced, high-performing law firm known for delivering excellence in family law. Our clients rely on us for honest counsel and skilled representation—and we deliver. We're seeking a forward-thinking attorney with 5–10 years of experience who is eager to lead, litigate, and win.

What You’ll Do :

  • Represent clients in complex family law matters including divorce, custody, domestic violence, relocation, and support disputes
  • Take the lead in courtroom litigation , including evidentiary hearings and trials in Broward, Palm Beach, and Miami-Dade counties
  • Drive the discovery process —depositions, interrogatories, and document review
  • Draft persuasive legal documents : motions, pleadings, memoranda, and settlement agreements
  • Negotiate strong, fair outcomes for clients
  • Provide strategic, compassionate counsel with confidence and clarity

You Are :

  • A Florida Bar-licensed attorney with 5–10 years of experience in family law
  • A skilled litigator who is composed, persuasive, and effective in court
  • Focused, detail-oriented, and strategic under pressure
  • Able to bill a minimum of 30 hours per week
  • Committed to delivering excellence in every case
  • What We Offer :

  • Competitive hourly pay during the initial 3-month trial period, with the opportunity to transition to a W-2 employee thereafter.
  • After 3-month trial, we offer $150,000+ starting salary , based on experience

  • Preferred (But Not Required) :
