We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Duluth, Minnesota. This role requires a dynamic individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and is eager to provide consultative recruiting support to hiring leaders. You'll play a key role in driving best practices and delivering a consistent and high-quality experience throughout the recruitment process, from intake to offer.
Responsibilities :
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
- Collaborate closely with hiring leaders to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent, particularly for engineering and detail-focused roles.
- Utilize recruitment tools such as Indeed and LinkedIn to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Ensure a consistent and thorough candidate experience while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Handle multiple priorities effectively, managing an average of 30 requisitions at any given time.
- Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices to continually improve processes.
- Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment team.
- Work collaboratively with team members, contributing to a supportive and growth-oriented environment.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing and high-volume recruitment.
- Proven expertise in recruiting for engineering and detail-oriented roles.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to consult and advise hiring leaders effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn and Indeed.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
