Position : Paralegal

Pay : $25 to $30 / hour (depending on experience)

Experience : 3+ years of paralegal experience is required. Prior experience in litigation, insurance law, and wrongful death preferred.

Type : Full-time; Contract

Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm

Clark Personnel is seeking an Experienced Paralegal to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description :

• Support attorneys with litigation matters involving Alabama and Florida law, including insurance, wrongful death, and some construction / condominium law.
• Draft, review, and manage legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and correspondence.
• Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorney review.
• Organize and maintain case files, discovery materials, and trial exhibits.
• Assist in preparing and coordinating depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, experts, courts, and opposing counsel.
• Review medical records, insurance policies, and other case-related documentation.
• Track case deadlines and ensure timely filings with state and federal courts.
• Assist with billing entries and accurate timekeeping.
