Key Responsibilities :
- Assist with patient admissions, including orientation to unit routines and equipment.
- Provide direct patient care and respond promptly to patient needs or report concerns to nursing staff.
- Support the nursing care plan by performing delegated tasks efficiently and safely.
- Maintain a clean, well-stocked patient environment and ensure proper use of equipment and supplies.
- Participate in cost containment efforts and assist with accurate patient service charging.
- Engage in ongoing educational and performance improvement activities.
- Perform waived testing and maintain required skills per unit competency.

Education and Certifications :
High school diploma or equivalent.Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.Current registration with the appropriate state nursing assistant registry.BLS certification from the American Heart Association.Experience and Skills :
