Accounts Payable Coordinator

Pay Rate : $20 Per Hour

Location : Royse City, TX

12 Month Contract

Summary :

• Weekly payment runs (ACH, Check and Client-Visa)
• Process AP material invoices & none PO invoices Verify & attach monthly statements in ERP Assist with Concur expense reports in Sage X3 at month end Enter wire payments, Month end reconciliation, Account matching, Freight rebills
• Experience & proven skills
• Excel
• Sage X3 or ERP experience a plus
• Be able to work with the unit conversions
• Ability to understand new concepts and systems
• The ability to work independently, set priorities and follow through with deadlines
• Ability to multi task in a collaborative working environment;
• Effective communicator, self-confident
• Team player
• Detail oriented
• Organized and effective with record keeping
• Manufacturing experience a plus
