Service Account Coordinator

We're looking for a Service Account Coordinator to join our growing team at freije.

You will be on a collaborative team of 5 other Service Account Coordinators in Columbus, OH.

• You will play a vital role in our company success as the Service Account Coordinator.

In this role you will manage the overall business relationship with the customer through proactive, open, responsive, and collaborative account management.  Dispatch Service Technicians to service calls  Follow up on technician status  Review work orders for accuracy and move to billing  Create purchase orders for technicians  Act as a point of contact, provide customer service, and general relationship management  Answer customer phone calls for service requests  Provide customer with updates or supporting documents as needed  Required qualifications :
