Job Description :

  • Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of service orders.
  • Computer skills are a must.
  • Prior experience in automotive services or related field
  • Ensure that customers receive prompt and courteous service.
  • Prioritize required services and recommend options.
  • You must keep customers apprised of progress, setbacks and updated completion times. We have the latest technology tools that will allow you to communicate via a DVI, texting and text to pay
  • You must be able to handle 15-20 repair orders a day consisting of used cars, customer pay, internals and warranty.
  • Maintain knowledge of products and services in order to accurately and correctly answer customer inquiries.
