People Operations Generalist

A company is looking for a People Operations Generalist to enhance the employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a subject matter expert in onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle changes

Assist with immigration cases and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations

Manage HR systems, maintain accurate records, and support various People team projects

Required Qualifications

At least 1 year of relevant experience in a People Operations role

Hands-on experience managing People Operations processes across the full employee lifecycle

Experience working with an HRIS (e.g., ADP, Workday)

Solid understanding of employment law and HR compliance fundamentals

Proven ability to handle sensitive employee situations with sound judgment
