A CPA firm is currently seeking a Tax Preparer who has significant experience with Form 1120. Responsibilities Prepare corporate / business tax returns, Form 1120. Prepare tax provisions, including current and deferred taxes, for both federal and states. tax returns for accuracy, minimization of tax liability, available tax credits, and tax provision. Requirements : CPA or EA Strong tax research and tax planning skills Experience with preparation of corporate / business tax returns, Form 1120. Experience with Preparing tax provisions, including current and deferred taxes, for both federal and states.
