Strong track record in construction accounting : percentage-of-completion, WIP reporting, job costing, and cash flow management. Demonstrated success working with bonding agents, lenders, and outside auditors / CPA firms. Hands-on experience with ERP / financial systems (Acumatica, Procore, Build Ops, or similar). Familiarity with business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau) and dashboard creation for executive decision-making. Background in M&A evaluation, capital planning, or geographic / market expansion strategies. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and present financials to senior leadership, boards, and external stakeholders
