Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time contract assignment. The SLP will provide evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation services to patients requiring speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing support. This role requires strong clinical judgment, excellent documentation skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary care team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support patient goals and functional improvement.
• Provide direct therapy services in accordance with clinical best practices and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and medical staff to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries accurately and in a timely manner.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment plans, compensatory strategies, and home programs.
• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and contribute to care planning.
• Maintain compliance with professional, state, and federal guidelines.
