LaSalle Network has partnered with a company that works with educational software programs for schools. They are looking for a Sales Support Representative to join their team in Elk Grove Village, IL. Sales Support Representative Responsibilities :

• Entering orders promptly and accurately. This may include special or large volume projects
• Answers incoming calls and emails in a professional and effective manner
• Investigating and resolving any issues or difficulties with a customer
• Actively contributing during team meetings with project updates and customer feedback
• Assisting management team with special projects, reporting and problem analysis
• Scheduling the trainings with the school districts
• Helping write / review contracts
