Asset Manager – Healthcare Management Company

Located in Brick Township, NJ

Salary: $110K - $130K; based on experience

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related business degree
• Must have experience in financial analysis / asset management experience in a hospice, home health, or long-term care setting
• Management or supervisory experience in a healthcare setting
• Experience analyzing operations, identifying opportunities, and driving profitability
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-centered, results-driven environment.
• Ability to prioritize time between multiple projects with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret monthly financials, including income, expenses, cash flow, and capital expenditures, to assess property performance against budget and benchmarks
• Work closely with operating partners to address operational challenges and recommend strategies to enhance net operating income and return on investment
• Develop and monitor long-term and short-term business plans to optimize performance
• Evaluate and enhance revenue management, marketing, and sales processes with operating partners
• Conduct review meetings with operating partners and summarize findings regularly
• Complete underwriting reviews for potential capital expenditures and renovation opportunities
• Conduct detailed financial modeling and scenario analysis for potential acquisition, disposition, and operator transition
• Prepare and present investment memos with recommendations for acquisitions, dispositions, and operator transitions for executive decision making
