What is the current resource's day to day activities?
This varies. For The client, OCI infrastructure is new and there is a new process of implementing new products that are in flight. These products have nuances as part of the upgrades and weekly changes. Part of implementation will be the ideal activity including the applications.
What are the skills the potential resource needs to have?
This will also vary extensively. The client is still new to OCI and we will have a better grasp with more time.
What OCI is, according to Oracle has changed about three times in the last three years and constantly changing new infrastructure
Ideal skill would be to understand the bells and whistles of what The client is implementing on SaaS and PaaS including the applications in here
Critical thinking regarding the OCI environment and The client environment is key
Skill of understanding the products as part of the applications as part of the OCI (which hosts Oracle products),
Understanding and knowledge of the prebuilt apps that are constantly changing

Job Responsibilities
Manage multiple OCI tenants supporting Oracle ERP Fusion and Accounting Foundation.
Oversee environment usage, create golden copies, and ensure compliance with change environment policies.
Act as the primary contact for user onboarding and security administration.
Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and proactively address environment risks.
Support ongoing upgrades, weekly changes, and new implementations within OCI.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business impacts and infrastructure dependencies.
Contribute to business continuity planning, system recovery, and environment optimization.
Evaluate and resolve whitelisting issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
