Role description :

Arcadis is looking for a Senior Water & Hydraulic Engineer to join our world-class firm in Toledo, Cleveland or Akron, OH working within our Water Resiliency Planning & Design Teams.

As a Senior Water & Hydraulic Engineer, you will leverage your expertise in hydraulics, collection system planning, and computer modeling, combined with data analytics, to guide local project teams. You will play a key role in leading projects, mentoring junior staff, and developing new business opportunities. Your work will help protect natural resources while contributing to climate change adaptation and urban resiliency.

Role Accountabilities

• Develop wastewater and stormwater collection system models, conducting system planning, and performing regulatory studies.
• Provide valuable technical input on new and ongoing projects, guide technical teams, and help ensure the successful delivery of projects.
• Develop and review of technical reports,
• Lead client presentations, coordinating project deliverables, and contributing to scope definition and project pursuits.
• Enhance the technical knowledge within the team by attending workshops, presenting at industry events, and reviewing professional publications.
• Travel may be required for site visits, client meetings, or project oversight.

Arcadis offers benefits for full time and part time positions. These benefits include medical, dental, and vision, EAP, 401K, STD, LTD, AD&D, life insurance, paid parental leave, reward & recognition program and optional benefits including wellbeing benefits, adoption assistance and tuition reimbursement. We offer nine paid holidays and 15 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $80,461 - $161,405. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location.
