Human Resources Manager

Salary Range : $90,000 - $110,000 (Commensurate with experience).
Duties / Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, including investigations and disciplinary actions.
- Support performance management processes, including training managers and employees on goal setting and development plans.
- Maintain HR data integrity in the HRIS system and generate reports for decision-making.
- Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to support exempt and non-exempt hiring efforts.
- Facilitate onboarding, engagement programs, and exit interviews to ensure a consistent employee experience.
- Administer HR programs related to compensation, benefits, leave, safety, and compliance.
- Respond to inquiries regarding HR policies and escalate complex issues as needed.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws; recommend policy updates as necessary.
- Monitor HR trends and best practices to improve programs and processes.
- Conduct regular check-ins with departments to provide HR guidance and share workforce metrics.
- Analyze employee data to identify opportunities for engagement and retention improvements.
- Partner with managers on restructuring, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives.
- Collaborate with VP, HR on change management and training programs.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required.HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP / SCP) preferred.Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience required.Required Skills / Abilities
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships and influence outcomes.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Workday preferred.Strong organizational and time management skills.Knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance practices.Analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to improvement.Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of sitting and computer work.Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.Must be able to navigate production areas and wear PPE, including steel-toe shoes when required.Will not be accepting or using external agencies at this time.
