Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This position offers a unique opportunity to provide physical therapy services to young children in an early childhood educational setting, supporting their developmental needs during crucial growth years. The role is based in New York, NY, and spans the full 2025-2026 school year on a contractual basis.

Responsibilities include :

• Delivering general physical therapy evaluations and treatments tailored to daycare-aged children (2.9 to 5 years old).
• Collaborating with educators, caregivers, and families to develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
• Monitoring and documenting progress while adjusting interventions as needed to promote optimal physical development.
• Participating in team meetings and contributing to a supportive, inclusive environment for children.

Desired qualifications and experience :

This full-time role requires approximately 35 hours per week throughout the school year, offering the chance to impact the physical development and wellbeing of young learners in an early childhood program.
