Residential Plumbing Service Technician

Job Snapshot :

Pay : $25-$60 per hour + bonuses

Schedule : 7 am-4 pm, Monday through Friday, with overtime opportunities

What We Need From You :

• Clean driver's license
• 5+ years of experience as a residential service plumber

Although not required, having experience in sales, customer service, drain cleaning, and heating systems is a plus.

Your Day-To-Day :

You expertly diagnose and complete various service calls, from minor repairs to major installations, with exceptional accuracy. Delivering excellent customer service, you communicate findings clearly, build trust with homeowners, and offer transparent solution options. Focused on performance, you maximize billable hours through ethical sales practices while maintaining high professional standards, ensuring job sites are clean and safe. You promote teamwork by utilizing the company iPad and dispatch system to foster a positive, collaborative environment.
