Pay Rate : $24.00 / hr.

Job Description :

• A detail-oriented and organized Program Assistant to support the Community Affairs Division with daily administrative and program coordination tasks.
• Someone who can schedule and manage meetings, prepare reports and correspondence, and take accurate meeting minutes.
• A candidate with 3–5 years of experience in an administrative, legal, or project support role (experience with grant programs is a plus).
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and the ability to learn new systems or databases.
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills with a professional and proactive approach.
