Must-Have :
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Emergency Room required.
- Previous charge experience preferred.
- Experience with patient ratios of 4.
- Knowledge of charting systems, particularly Epic, preferred.
- Community hospital experience preferred.
- Experience in Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) preferred.
- Experience in Trauma Level I and II preferred.
- Required certifications include ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS, SANE, TNCC.
Description :
Registered Nurse position in the Emergency Room.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Emergency Room setting required.
Charge experience is preferred.
Ability to manage a patient ratio of 4 is necessary.
Experience with the Epic charting system is preferred.
Experience in Community Hospitals is preferred.
Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) experience is preferred.
Experience in Trauma Level I and II facilities is preferred.

The Emergency Department manages a diverse patient population across all age groups.
Daily census roughly includes 97 visits with a capacity of 30 rooms.
Staffing involves daily assignments rotating among different sections of the Department based on patient volume and situations.
Interdisciplinary support available includes various services such as respiratory therapy, phlebotomy, and pharmacy.
The work environment is dynamic with high patient turnover and various emergency procedures.
