• Line Cook
• , you will play a vital role in maintaining food quality, consistency, and efficiency to ensure an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
• Responsibilities
• Food Preparation
• : Wash, peel, chop, and prepare ingredients for cooking according to recipes and kitchen standards.
• Cooking & Plating
• : Cook menu items in coordination with the kitchen team, ensuring consistency in flavor, presentation, and portioning.
• Recipe Adherence
• : Follow standard recipes, portion guidelines, and plating specifications.
• Equipment Operation
• : Safely operate kitchen equipment, including grills, fryers, ovens, and slicers.
• Workstation Maintenance
• : Keep a
• clean, sanitary, and organized
• workspace throughout service.
• Storage & Inventory
• : Ensure all food and ingredients are stored properly, monitor inventory levels, and communicate shortages to management.
• Food Safety Compliance
• : Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations to maintain a safe kitchen environment.
• Team Collaboration
• : Work closely with fellow kitchen staff and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service and timely food preparation.
• Qualifications
• Proven experience
• as a Line Cook or similar role in the food industry.
• Strong knowledge of
• cooking techniques, ingredients, kitchen equipment, and procedures
• Understanding and commitment to
• food safety and sanitation standards
• Ability to
• work efficiently under pressure
• in a high-volume setting.

• Culinary school diploma is a plus

Job Types : Full-time, Part-time

Pay : $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours : 20 – 40 per week
