Plumber Apprentice

We are seeking a dedicated Plumber Apprentice to assist in the assembly, installation, and repair of plumbing systems. You will work under close supervision to ensure that plumbing systems are installed according to specifications and comply with trade and building codes. This role involves working with pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water, and drainage systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the assembly and installation of plumbing systems.
• Repair plumbing systems as needed.
• Install systems according to specifications and building codes.
• Work with pipes, fittings, and fixtures for heating, water, and drainage systems.
• Report to a trade supervisor and perform other job-related duties as required.

Work Environment

You will be working on major commercial projects, potentially rotating between locations as needed. The position involves working on the top floors of buildings, so comfort with heights is necessary. The work schedule is from 6 : 00 AM to 3 : 30 PM, six days a week.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Austin, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
