Lead Member Support Professional

House of Possibilities (HOPe) seeks a Lead Member Support Professional for the Adult Respite Program.

The hours for this position are Tuesday through Sunday 4pm to midnight.

The Lead Member Support Professional (Lead MSP) provides hands-on and supervisory support to adults with developmental and other disabilities in respite and social-recreation settings. The Lead MSP ensures safe, person-centered services, mentors team members, and upholds quality, compliance, and inclusion standards aligned with HOPe's mission.

The Lead MSP creates a supportive, inclusive environment where each person can thrive. This role provides direct care while also guiding and coaching Member Support Professionals, balancing active engagement with members and the administrative responsibilities necessary for program quality and consistency.

An ideal candidate will have a demonstrated background and knowledge of individuals with disabilities with at least 2 years of experience in the field.

Requirements

• Candidates must have a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
• CPR / First Aid Certification must be completed within the first two weeks of employment.
• MAP certification - If not MAP certified on hire, then they must be certified within the first 3 months of employment
