Job descriptionPerform services for patients including bathing, oral hygiene, oral feeding, and care of hair Participate in hourly rounds Transport patients to and from various treatment centers when necessary, and assist transporters in moving patients in and out of stretchers and wheelchairs Maintain the cleanliness of various instruments and equipment such as bedpans, urinals, and wheelchairs Keep patients' rooms in clean and orderly condition Maintain unit stock levels of supplies and equipment as directed Performs other duties as assigned High school diploma / GED OR relevant work experience (3+ years) BLS is required within 90 days of hire Hospital experience as a nursing assistant, certification as a nursing assistant or experience in a related field (i.e. medical assistant, actively enrolled RN student)
Nursing Assistant (Na) Position
Nursing Assistants (NA) play a central role in providing compassionate, excellent care at Select Specialty Hospital Vic Village in Columbus, OH. We offer full-time and part-time positions with night shifts available.
Compensation ranges from $18.00 to $21.94 per hour based on experience. A sign-on bonus of up to $3,000 is available for full-time positions.
