Responsibilities :

Perform installation of plumbing fixtures, piping systems, and water heaters in residential properties according to company standards and industry best practices.

Orchestrate dig-ups and sewer lines replacements

Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine layout and installation requirements.

Ensure proper sizing, alignment, and installation of pipes, fittings, and fixtures to meet code requirements and project specifications.

Collaborate with other team members, contractors, and homeowners to ensure projects are completed on time and to the customer's satisfaction.

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the installation process.

Maintain accurate records of materials used, labor hours, and project expenses.

Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe work environment for yourself and others.

Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with homeowners to address any questions or concerns.

Requirements :

Proven experience as a residential plumber, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Dig up and sewer line replacement experience

Water heater installation experience (traditional and tankless)

Valid MD Journeyman or Master plumbing license.

Proficiency in interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Exceptional customer service skills and professional demeanor.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record
