A company is looking for a Change Management Consultant to support the Franchise Booking Enablement program.
Key Responsibilities
Drive change management initiatives for the rollout of a new franchise booking tool
Develop training materials and instructional content for stakeholders
Engage with stakeholders to ensure effective communication throughout the change process
Required Qualifications
Experience in change management with a focus on organizational transformation
Proficiency in instructional design and content development
Experience in communications and stakeholder engagement
Retail and / or digital supply chain experience is strongly preferred
Prosci certification or training is a plus
