Job Description

The mission of the position is to provide excellent technical support to our clients while delivering exceptional customer service during those interactions. This position will focus on design, implementation, configuration, diagnosis and resolution of issues related to infrastructure-focused technologies. This includes but is not limited to : workstations, servers, printers, networking, and vendor specific hardware and software.Employees should have enthusiasm for helping customers leverage the best technology to solve their business challenges.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, some experience with IT infrastructure and support and demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Employees must be able to manage and prioritize multiple projects at once.
