This dual position plays a vital role in providing excellent front office support while coordinating surgical procedures for our providers. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, organized, and skilled in managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced medical environment.

Front Office / Patient Service Duties :

• Greet and assist patients with warmth and professionalism, both in person and over the phone
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments and verify insurance information
• Perform patient check-in and check-out processes accurately
• Collect and post payments, process co-pays, and ensure proper documentation
• Maintain accurate patient records and update information in the EMR system
• Answer patient questions or direct them to the appropriate department
• Support clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and a positive experience
