Location : Washington, DC

Salary : $68,000 annually (negotiable)

Schedule : Full-Time, Monday–Friday

Contract : Full 2025–2026 School Year

What You’ll Do

Develop and deliver individualized instruction based on IEP goals

Adapt curriculum materials and strategies to meet student needs

Support student growth through targeted academic and behavioral interventions

Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and families

Participate in IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and parent conferences

Ensure compliance with IDEA, state, and district requirements

What You Bring

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (required)

Active or eligible Washington, DC teaching license (preferred)

Experience in a school-based or pediatric setting (preferred)

Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills (preferred)

Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship (preferred)
