Key Responsibilities

Lead technical planning, requirements gathering, and project management

Serve as a technical lead and mentor, providing support for service improvement

Develop and maintain effective working relationships with team members

Qualifications

SSA or LSA certification is required

5 to 8 years of experience in designing Pega solutions

Experience in Pega case management and integrations (Rest API & SOAP)

Bachelor's Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or a comparable major

Experience with agile methodologies in software development
