Job Summary :

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Event Staff to join our growing team in delivering memorable experiences at various events and gatherings. As an integral part of our operations, Event Staff will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of events, from corporate functions to weddings, festivals, and large-scale conferences.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup, including arranging tables, chairs, and decorations according to event specifications.
• Greet and check-in guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive.
• Provide information and assistance to guests throughout the event, answering questions and addressing any concerns.
• Monitor event activities to ensure they adhere to safety regulations and guidelines.
• Assist catering staff with food and beverage service, including setting up buffets and replenishing supplies as needed.
• Help with the smooth breakdown and cleanup of the event space post-event, ensuring it is left in excellent condition.
