Administrative Assistants are an essential part of Cleveland Clinic's smooth operation, which allows caregivers to focus on patient care and improves coordination between the nursing team, administrative teams, and providers. By taking on this role as an Administrative Assistant, you will support the Emergency Department, ICU, SANE Program, EMS, and Stroke Program by answering questions about payroll, ordering supplies, and coordinating meetings. You will provide a direct line of communication between managers and department as well as support frontline staff through interactions and activities being facilitated on behalf of the management team. A caregiver in this position works Monday-Friday from 8 : 00AM 4 : 30PM. Flexibility with start time to accommodate the meeting calendar is required.
