About the Clinician's Workday

This role involves diagnostic imaging, including fluoro and light IR procedures such as paracentesis, thoracentesis, lumbar punctures, and thyroid biopsies. The provider will first read X-rays and ultrasounds, then perform fluoro / IR studies, followed by CT and MR as time allows. In-house radiologists will prioritize STAT exams from the ED and inpatient units. The daily workload averages 70100 exams, with RVUs typically ranging from 60130 depending on the provider.
