Sigma’s GTM Productivity Analyst will be the bridge between our field teams and our systems team . This role ensures that the way our GTM reps (AEs, SDRs, CSMs, SEs) actually work is reflected in how our systems are designed, automated, and improved. You’ll spend time with reps in the field, uncover workflow bottlenecks, and translate their needs into scalable solutions alongside our GTM Systems Architect.

What You’ll Be Doing
Understand & Capture Field Workflows
- Act as the first line of defense and help triage system issues, bugs, feature requests, and maintain a structured backlog
- Shadow and interview sales, SDR, AE, CS, and SE reps to map daily workflows, identify pain points, and surface edge cases.
- Document and translate findings into project briefs, functional specs, and user stories for the GTM Systems team.
Ensure All Reps Understand the GTM Tech Stack
Build out onboarding for the tech stack to ensure all new hires are comfortable applying the tech stack (including Sigma) to their jobsGradually take over the day-to-day product management of key data products / internal tools used by GTM, gathering feedback, triaging requests, and partnering with Data on ongoing optimizationsSupport Systems Architecture & Prioritization
Partner with the GTM Systems Architect, RevOps leadership, and Data Leadership to prioritize roadmap items and recommend quick-win optimizations vs. long-term builds.Take ownership of small projects and enhancements end-to-end : requirements, building, testing, rollout, and feedback.Drive GTM Productivity Projects
Liaise across reps, RevOps, Enablement, and Data to keep projects moving and remove blockers.Who You Are

3–5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, at a B2B SaaS company.Experience with Salesforce and core GTM tools (Salesforce, Outreach, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, LeanData, Gong, etc.).Experience scoping and building out AI-powered workflows for sellers.Demonstrated ability to run small-scale projects end-to-end, including requirements gathering, light documentation, project briefs, coordination, and testing.Strong communication skills — able to interface with reps, managers, and technical stakeholders.Comfort with analyzing usage / adoption data and turning it into actionable insightsBonus Points
Previous experience in a customer-facing capacity e.g. BDR roleExperience with SigmaSolid understanding of “art of the possible” with platforms like ClayThe base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work at Sigma Computing. This role is eligible for stock options, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
