Job Summary Builds strong client partnerships on behalf of the creative team, developing innovative, high-level campaign strategies across linear television, streaming and digital platforms targeting the right audience to achieve the brand goals of the organization’s largest clients. Focuses on leading client strategy and oversees the execution of comprehensive creative solutions. Confident in storytelling, engaging in client-facing and partner presentations, and achieving revenue goals by selling the value of creative.

Job Description Core Responsibilities High-Level Client Strategy : Consistently leads high-volume, client campaigns for the organization’s largest accounts and cross-market opportunities, utilizing best-in-class brand positioning and marketing strategies. Focuses on market research, brainstorming, conceptualizing, and directing overall strategy.

Creative Storytelling : Be able to use various internal tools and data to develop strategic storytelling. Identify client's customers' needs and conceptualize original and unique creative ideas. Plus, pitch and execute the ideas from script to completed media.

Exceptional Client Management : Demonstrates exceptional client management skills by leading dynamic creative discovery and presentation meetings with the organization’s largest clients, utilizing excellent listening and relationship-building skills.

Strategic Oversight : Exemplifies the highest standard of marketing strategy, ensuring that creative design execution aligns with varying budgets and turnaround times. Oversees the strategic direction with internal and external partners.

Brand Representation : Professionally represents the agency’s brand and the larger organization’s brand in all capacities and on behalf of their manager as necessary.

Budget and Timeline Management : Develops budgets proportional to media spend, sets realistic timeline expectations, and ensures strategic alignment for the largest revenue-generating opportunities.

Collaboration with Business Partners : Collaborates with and / or leads business partners to identify, develop, and close the largest prospect opportunities. Competes for AOR-level business, government contracts, and additional revenue opportunities by leveraging strategic expertise.

Adoption of New Technologies : Leads by example in adopting and implementing new technologies, software, and processes (e.g., software, A.I. applications).

Business Acumen : Demonstrates strong business acumen by selling the value of strategic creative solutions and is a leader in creative revenue and margin goals in a fast-paced sales environment.
