This position requires the individual assist in the team efforts of a busy sales order focused Data Integrity department. Tasks are very though- and focus- intensive and consist of dedicated and conscientious computer work including the daily processing and inspection of incoming data. Team and individual metrics are based in the endeavor to eliminate all errors, both procedural and general.

Duties and Accountabilities
Fluent in Microsoft Office applications with existing or aptitude to develop intermediate to advanced Excel (spreadsheet) skills : including but not limited to formulas and macrosMust have excellent analytical skills to process and analyze date quickly and accuratelyAbility to notice small inconsistencies in large data sets and recognize, correct and transform non-compliant data to a consistent standardAnalyze, Verify, and or troubleshoot large data sets for any inconsistencies or anomalies (against pre-determined standards or specifications) using various in-house data management tools and applicationsGenerate and maintain various data inspection and error reports at the required frequenciesValidate that processed data meets the clients' specifications for production and engrossingFind, resolve and report any data processing inconsistencies using the proper channelsResponsible for ensuring data accuracy and integrity by referencing existing proprietary database information storesAid in the continued establishment, coordination and maintenance of data integrity procedures, processes and policies that efficiently enhance data integrity for all departments of the corporationRequirements
Minimum of High School Diploma of G.E.D. equivalentReliable transportation for timely work attendance.Physically able to bend / kneel / walk / stand, in tandem with cart, stepstools or rolling ladders, to access supplies and various works in progress or other materials as needed in storage rooms or production areasGeneral Expectations
