Senior Manager - Construction Projects

Construction Project Manager

Manages the organization's construction projects from planning to completion.

Responsibilities include :

• Provides project leadership, coordination, and facilitation with internal and external parties to meet project goals.
• Communicates / obtains information and proactively identifies and resolves project-related issues.
• Provides a full range of project management services for the development, design, construction, completion, and activation of assigned construction projects including managing scope, schedule, cost, risk, and resources.
• Prepares and oversees all financial aspects of a project, including estimates, project budget, funding, purchase orders, change orders, and requisition payments.
• Identifies and resolves budget problems, project risks, develops and maintains project cost reports and schedules.
• Prepares weekly project status and schedule updates and reports and monitors / updates construction schedules.
• Provides programming, space plans / test fits, space surveys, and develops architectural / engineering drawings and specifications for assigned projects.
• Assists with the development of quality control initiatives to improve project delivery, standardize work practices and ensure compliance with MHS policies, government codes and regulations.

Shift : Primarily for office workers - not eligible for shift differential
