Sr Manager Content and Social Media

Overview

Riverside Natural Foods Ltd. invites applications for the Senior Manager, Content & Social Media role to lead 360 content strategies across the U.S. and Canadian markets. In partnership with the Creative Director, you will shape how the brand appears across owned, earned, and paid channels, build a nimble team, and drive storytelling that fuels engagement and growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead the 360, always-on content strategy across U.S. and Canadian markets anchored in storytelling, insights, and culture.
• Turn brand goals into actionable content plans that drive awareness, trial, and emotional connection.
• Own the editorial calendar across all touch points : social, digital, partnerships, and Always On.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Creative, Media, Influencer, CX) to deliver cohesive, scroll-stopping content.
• Oversee execution from briefing to final asset, ensuring work is on-brand, on-time, and relevant.
• Continuously optimize using performance data and real-time insights.
• Own our organic social strategy across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Meta, Podcasts, and emerging platforms) and develop platform-native content that drives engagement and growth for both organic and paid content.
• Set the tone for community engagement, turning followers into fans through UGC, conversation, and connection; leverage social listening and trend tracking to inform decisions.
• Guide day-to-day community management with oversight, insights, and strategic direction across relevant platforms.
• Keep the brand fresh by tracking trends and moments that matter and ensuring MadeGood shows up in real moments.
• Lead a team of internal contributors and external creators, freelancers, and agency partners; manage budgets, timelines, and approvals across content workstreams.
