The Commerce Bank of Washington is seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Treasury Management Operations Specialist to join our team in Seattle. This fully in-person role focuses on delivering exceptional client support and managing back-office operations for Treasury Management products. Candidates should have a banking background and hands-on experience with services such as ACH Origination, Account Analysis, Bill Pay, Credit / Debit Cards, Remote Deposit Capture, Positive Pay, and Sweeps.
Essential Functions :
- Primary client support for all Treasury Managements products and service requests received via phone or email from internal and external clients. Provide technical support, implementation and training commercial clients using Treasury Management products and services via Teams.
- Responsible for onboarding new Treasury Management products and ensuring data accuracy across specialized administrative systems.
- Responsible for operational reports with daily, monthly, and quarterly cycles; compile and distribute database-driven reports to senior management.
- Provide backup to team members including ad-hoc projects and additional assigned tasks.
- Demonstrates a strong customer-first approach with consistent professionalism in all interaction
- Communicates effectively through clear, articulate verbal and written channels

Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in banking or financial operationsPreferred background in Treasury or Cash Management Operations within a banking environmentExceptional customer service orientation with strong verbal and written communication skillsProven problem-solving abilities, with meticulous attention to detail, thorough research capabilities, and sound judgmentAbility to prioritize, manage multi-tasks and meet frequent deadlinesProficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and ExcelReports to : Treasury Management Operations Manager
Hours : Position is a full-time (40 hours) 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday through Friday excluding Banking Holidays. Overtime may be required throughout the year.
