Salary :

The Facilities Technician will maintain or improve building facilities by making necessary repairs and / or replacing malfunctioning parts and work with outside contractors on expansion / improvement needs. The work will vary but you will use a work order system to track planned and completed work. Technicians may also be assigned periodically on trips to assist in the rigging of equipment.

Duties / Responsibilities :

• Complete preventative maintenance for weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly SIGMA warehouse functions
• Collaborate with other technicians and operations management to develop daily and long term projects for buildings and grounds
• Responsible for smaller projects that involve roof repair, erect racking, stick frame walls, hang / mud drywall, change HVAC filters, mowing and landscape around buildings, sweeping, dusting, and mopping; snow removal as necessary
