Job Summary : As a Production Crew Member, you are responsible for the set-up & assembly of Precast concrete units. This position is working within a construction environment.

Position Requirements :
Requirements, Education and Experience : High school diploma or equivalent (Associates degree or vocational training in manufacturing or construction-related fields is a plus). Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly in precast concrete production, is preferred but not required. Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team. Basic understanding of production processes, scheduling, and quality control. Ability to read and interpret production schedules, blueprints, and technical specifications.
