Finance Controller

A company is looking for a Controller to oversee finance and reporting operations.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the company's full accounting operations including month-end close and treasury

Lead external audits and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards

Develop and maintain scalable accounting processes and drive continuous improvement

Qualifications & Experience

~10 years of relevant accounting / finance experience, preferably post public accounting / audit

Audit experience with the ability to interact with auditors

Bachelor's degree in Accounting (or similar); CPA preferred

Demonstrated ability to build processes in a lean environment

Autonomous mindset with ownership of finance operations in a dynamic setting
