Physical Therapist (PT / DPT) - Outpatient Clinic - Keystone Heights, FL

About the Role
We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT / DPT) to join our established outpatient rehabilitation clinic in Keystone Heights, FL. This full-time, on-site position offers the opportunity to treat a diverse patient population in a therapist-led, patient-centered practice .
What You'll Do
- Provide outpatient physical therapy for orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and sports rehab patients
- Treat a diverse caseload using evidence-based interventions and strong clinical reasoning
- Additional specialties a plus : pelvic health, lymphedema management
- Dry Needling (DN) certification is a bonus
- Collaborate with a supportive, therapist-driven team
- Enjoy a full-time schedule with no weekends required
