Job Title : Sr. Desktop Support Engineer

Location : Elk Grove Village, IL (Need Locals only)

Duration : 8+ Months

Start Date : ASAP

Responsibilities

including evaluating business needs and then performing the following based on those needs : engineering a complete end user experience, coordinating user acceptance testing, documenting and supporting the deployment of application profiles.

Qualifications

5+ years experience providing architecture, engineering and operational direction and support of desktop infrastructure in a large

Previous airline experience is ideal.

Broad infrastructure technology concepts around software, hardware, networking, applications, end user interfaces, virtualization,

business continuity, and total cost of ownership.

Excellent technical knowledge and aptitude in the following areas : Active Directory, SCCM 2012, GPOs, Windows 7, Windows 10, Project

Seeking an experienced senior level engineer with enterprise expertise in supporting line of business desktop application profiles,

including evaluating business needs and then performing the following based on those needs : engineering a complete end user

experience, coordinating user acceptance testing, documenting and supporting the deployment of application profiles.
