State Licensed Compliance VP

A company is looking for a Vice President, Corporate Compliance Investigation.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the management of the Compliance Investigation Unit and the Ethics Point hotline

Direct investigations of compliance-related complaints and evaluate internal inquiries

Develop and maintain policies and procedures for consistent investigative processes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a related field required; Master's Degree or Juris Doctor preferred

10+ years of experience in leading internal compliance investigations

7+ years of management experience required

Experience in resolving Medicaid and Medicare compliance issues required

Active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction preferred
