  • Specialty Backup Available : Multidisciplinary surgical and anesthesia team
  • Support Staff Available : Anesthesia Assistants, CRNAs, surgical staff, nursing support
  • Reason for Coverage : Ongoing anesthesia service coverage
  • PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE

  • Hospital Privileges Required : Yes
  • Credentialing Timeline : TBD
  • Orientation : As scheduled by facility

  • REQUIRED PROCEDURES

  • General anesthesia administration
  • Airway management
  • Intraoperative monitoring and anesthetic adjustment
  • Postoperative emergence and recovery management
  • Collaboration with anesthesiologists and surgical staff
  • JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Licenses : Active Georgia CRNA license
  • Board : Board Certified CRNA or CAA (Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant)
  • DEA : Active DEA Certification preferred
  • Certifications : BLS and ACLS required
  • Experience : Prior experience in hospital-based general anesthesia
  • Other Qualifications : Local provider requirement; full-time availability (72–80 hours per pay period)
  • DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide safe, effective anesthesia care for surgical and procedural cases
  • Collaborate closely with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and perioperative staff
  • Ensure patient safety and monitoring before, during, and after anesthesia
  • Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence phases of anesthesia
  • Support anesthesia coverage across varying case types as assigned
