Lead Cybersecurity Engineer

As a Lead Cybersecurity Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in providing strategic leadership and technical expertise in Information Assurance (IA) and Cybersecurity (CS) support. You will be instrumental in ensuring the successful certification and accreditation (C&A) of risk management framework (RMF) accreditation packages through rigorous analysis and documentation.

Your Responsibilities

• Ensure the security integrity of information systems and networks.
• Conduct comprehensive security audits and assessments using leading tools such as Nessus, ACAS, and Wireshark.
• Implement robust security controls and safeguards for various systems and applications.
• Continuously monitor system performance and analyze security logs for suspicious activities.
• Manage incident response efforts and perform detailed forensic analysis.
• Maintain and update NIST documentation and other critical security artifacts.
• Guarantee compliance with applicable security standards and regulations.
• Collaborate closely with IT teams to enhance system architecture and configuration security.

Cubic Pay Range : $100,000.00 - $133,633.00 + benefits.
