Description :
You will be the Manufacturing Engineer (Missile Assembly) - Entry Level for the Pike County Operations (PCO) team. Our team is responsible for creating high-tech solutions in advanced missile manufacturing to meet the next-generation warfighter needs.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Manufacturing Engineer you will be responsible for solving technical issues on the production shop floor, improving manufacturing processes, and integrating innovative technologies.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :
Provide hands-on shop-floor support to resolve technical and manufacturing issues.
Analyze engineering data to develop new manufacturing processes and detailed work instructions.
Integrate new assets and emerging technologies into the factory.
Support area-wide continuous-improvement initiatives that drive quality and cost enhancements.
Investigate root causes of quality defects and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
Additional Qualifications / Responsibilities
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.

Ability to Work Remotely : Onsite Full-time : The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules : Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position : 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
