Long-standing, stable, Civil Litigation firm is in search of a NEWLY BARRED Attorney to join our team. If you already have your license and are already practicing law (1-5 years exp.) we invite you to apply as well.

Our current team is experienced and seeking someone to assist the Senior Attorneys and Partners in different areas of law. Our clients sometimes need defended and sometimes they are the Plaintiff; it depends on what our clients need. We also practice business and contract law; thus, you will have the opportunity to work in different areas of law.

Requirements :

Licensed or waiting to be sworn in to practice Law in Nevada

You must have excellent communication skills and be willing to work as a team

Possess Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Knowledge of legal principles and procedures

Be proficient in legal research and drafting legal documents

Duties : Case Management

Legal Research

Document Review

Working with Clients and opposing counsel

Making Court appearances

Attending Depositions, Mediations and Arbitrations with experienced Attorneys

Benefits :

Health 100% employer paid; Dental and Eye employer pays 50%; 50K life insurance - employer paid, Salary DOE with year-end bonus. This is a full-time position M-F, in office.
